Our Policy
This is a cometic treatment and not a medical service. We require that you consent and sign to our policies. We also require a security deposit of $49 per client that books. Please read the following contraindications: NO gum disease, open sores or wounds, broken teeth, pregnancies, underage clients (written consent from legal guardian required). You should see your dentist every six months for a routine check up. Thank you for your cooperation.
